We the people affirm that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens. If that isn’t an “America First” governing philosophy, I don’t know what is. In fact, the breadth of this proclamation lays the very foundation for the U.S. Constitution and for the powers it provides to every American citizen. If we allow governance to deviate from its instituted purpose, what will become of the sought-after American Dream?
Americans prefer to be left alone in peace with their God and their loved ones, clear of government infringement. We are engrained with a sense of fearlessness in directing our own paths and emboldened by a history of entrepreneurial perseverance. We embrace the sacrifices to achieve the American Dream in hopes of passing a preferred life down to our children. Once engaged, this American desire to achieve success is not easily deterred.
Our country has stood firmly on rallying for individual freedoms, where opportunities are available for all citizens and power is intended to flow upward. We cannot and should not succumb to the narrative that the diversity of Americans is a weakness, it is not! When necessary, and in many trying times of our nation’s history, Americans have risen to answer the call of liberty.
Our capability to join hands for the greater good of humanity has been proven time and time again. In truth, our nation’s diversity is the very fabric of what makes us so strong and resilient. Throughout our history, when led by thoughtful, compassionate, but bold leaders, Americans have repeatedly demonstrated the tenacity and persistence to prevail, whatever the cause.
In the past, democrats battled for their voices to be heard. Today, many conservatives feel their voices are being censored, or labeled as far right and extreme. The challenge has always been for the desires of the powerless to be acknowledged. The stronger the voice, the harder those in control push back against it. The American Dream shifts power away from the elites, and they know it.
The power struggle is not Democrat vs. Republican or black vs. white. Our true adversaries push divisive narratives to keep the public distracted from their globalist agenda. However, the true enemy is in clear view when we know where to look.
Ephesians 6:12 states, “[f]or we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].”
We have seen what happens to a free country when elected officials no longer represent their constituents and are persuaded by power, greed, and control. We’ve born witness to the many election fraud cases unfold as more and more Americans lose faith in our election system. These are warning signs of the approaching tyranny; they must be recognized and defeated.
America currently walks in the valley of the shadow of death described in Psalm 23. We are no longer on the precipice of losing our freedoms. They are all at risk and many have already been weakened to the point of being non-existent.
To exit the valley and find the light to a better America, we must reawaken our national spirit that is derived from our founding fathers. Accept that we are currently being targeted by adversarial forces. If we don’t choose the light, America risks failing like many of the great empires of history.
The flag of freedom is wavering, and it will require the heart of patriots to protect it for future generations. Find your footing and once again, embrace the fabric of the America dream. Yes, the fog of war rolls in from time to time, but so must we rise up and raise our voices as an awakened American citizenry. If we don’t all start sacrificing our time and resources today, tomorrow’s battles will become increasingly more difficult.
The hope and beauty of the American dream has not completely faded. Notably, its beacon shines brighter than ever before but only to those now realizing the motives of our enemies. What has changed, and continues to evolve, is the awakening of a refreshed American army of patriots (democrats, republicans, libertarians, liberals, conservatives) forming to serve and protect our inalienable rights.
As this 5th generation war shifts, everyday folks figure out how to make an impact. We all realize the importance of our voice and can see that it only takes one person to create a movement. You may be that person.
So, stop assuming that someone is coming to save America and start using your God given talents and resources. Now is the time to step outside of your comfort zone and be the change that’s needed. Clearly seeing the motives of our enemies, embrace your destiny as a free citizen in a free nation and defeat them by your actions.
Neighborhoods are craving bold and honest leaders who clench tightly to their convictions. There are reasons why these types of leaders run into constant barricades and are often attacked by the powers that be. However, even when it appears that these leaders have lost to the establishment, they’ve actually won by inspiring those around them to keep pushing ahead. Your local action will result in a national impact.
Please don’t wait to engage while America struggles. Future generations are watching us, and our children and our grandchildren need us to fight for them. As Neil Postman said, “Children are the living message we send to a time we will not see”. It’s now time to stand up, step up, and speak up. Get involved. No more excuses.
